Before you start looking for a home, you will need to know how much you can spend. To get approved, you will provide financial information to your mortgage lender. Your lender will review this information, and tell you how much they can lend you. I recommend anyone looking to buy a home within the next year go ahead and speak with a Lender. They will be able to guide you in the right direction, and help you get your finances in order so you can be in the best financial position to purchase a home when you are ready!
